Have you played revontuli before it started?
Cause it happend to me as well, and I was told by support to turn off revontuli DLC in steam and since then the game works perfectly fine(you can't play revontuli but at least the rest works)

indeed, by deactivating the "Revontuli" map, I can launch the game correctly.
