I was thrown from my vehicle, and a visual glitch.

While on Sundarpatan my game started freaking out to the point I had to restart it, and at another point I randomly got thrown like a half mile from my four wheeler. My game has also crashed several times.

Don't judge my driving, the first video, I was driving up to the mountains and I hit a bump and flew away, I think it might've been longer than a half mile lol.
