#Game not loading and Flashing while online.

Well...I'll let the videos speak for their selves. I have listed down below all the methods on trying to resolve this issue, but nothing has worked so far. I am currently attempting to re-install the game to see if maybe that'll work.

  1. Verified Files
  2. Waited 20 minutes while online
  3. Restarted Steam
  4. Restarted Computer
  5. Went offline. Stops flashing while offline, but stuck on load screen.
  6. Now reinstalling game currently. I will update once this has finished.
    *Update from reinstalling the game - Does not fix. Game continues to flash and not load.
