Kenya 🇰🇪 Reserve No name chosen but _____ lowlands is the presumed name

This stunning reserve located in the heart of the vast Kenyan expanses hosts a unique hunting challenge for any who dare attempt to try master this lands wild. It has a variety of species

This reserves list of species includes the
Plains zebra which will be unique species as they will have only 10 herds of zebras on the map at one time but in these herds there can be up to 40 zebras with no drink zones, this species is quite the challenge to hunt

The next species in the reserve is the Egyptian goose, these geese can be found widespread across the vast majority of the reserve they will mostly land in the open plains near bodies of water

Another stunning species in the reserve is the African civet these elusive creatures can be quite the challenge for an inexperienced hunter to successfully hunt as they typically stay clear of the open plains, and for good reason.

The next animal in the reserve is the stunning yet terrifying African leopard the apex predator of the reserve this is the most sought after species on the entire reserve, also one of the toughest hunts on the reserve landing a successful kill on one of these wild, be extremely difficult not just because of their elusiveness but also the fact is the leopard always sees you first…..

Up next is the striped hyena the smaller relative of the spotted hyena they come in small packs they typically run but more uncommonly will attack.

The next animal is the meerkat which will be found near burrows and they have a multimount which is called akouna Matata which also have a warthog in it.

Then we have the greater kudu and the black wildebeest I can’t cover these because I have run out of characters

Unfortunately, Kenya has been closed to all hunting since 1977

Black Wildebees can't be found in Kenya at all, they're pretty much exclusive to Southern Africa.

Lesser Kudu should have been on a Kenyan map from day 1 seeming that they are most common there. East African Greater Kudu are a possible species as well though, but Lesser Kudu should be on this map and Southern Greater Kudu on vurhonga.

Zebra are super common and are reliant on water, needing to drink at minimum once a day, but often they'll drink 2 or 3 times a day. (Kudu don't have to drink every day though)

A good alternative for the Wildebeest is White Bearded Wildebeest, either East or West subspecies

Kenya did ban hunting in 1977, plus a lot of the animals that can be hunted in Kenya can also be hunted in
• Northern Tanzania
• Uganda
• Ethiopia

All countries that currently allow hunting

Also Black Wildebeest and Meerkats are only found in Southern Africa

Also, saying “it’s just a video game” is not good enough justification

It’s more than enough justification when we can hunt tigers.

There’s not point in limiting ourselves without a good reason we can and the devs have said have anything given proper story telling.

By your logic we should have huntable gorillas and eagles eh

A line has to be drawn somewhere

And for all we know, having animals as protected as tigers and snow leopards on a map might be a one time thing

What will EW do
A: Midwestern US Reserve with White-tailed Deer, Moose & Black Bear
B: A Reserve set in a country where hunting is outlawed and all the species on the map are legally protected in that country

There’s a few maps they could add that would have whitetail deer as the largest mammalian species.

In all honesty Northern Tanzania, Uganda and Ethiopia are all better settings for an East African Reserve on the simple basis that a person can hunt there in 2025, while big game hunting has been banned in Kenya for almost 50 years

Personally I think Tanzania is the best choice (hence why I picked it for my own East Africa map idea). Ethiopia would be a good second choice if Tanzania isn't chosen for whatever reason.

And Uganda could work as a third choice if Ethiopia or Tanzania don't work for some bizzare reason
