Its been 4 years since they added a new Species (European Rabbit, 13 November 2020) to an old map and soon 7 years since the first new species were added to the game (Gemsbock, White-Tailed Jackrabbit, Canada Goose and Mallard, 12 April 2018). These were added for Free and with the Angler shutting development down and the devs probably shifting to COTW, i think its time to add some brand new Species to both old and new Maps.

Vurhonga Savanna
The hard work of Reserve Warden Njabulo has borne fruit again and he managed to both settle the **Impala ** and the Greater Kudu, which first settle attempt in 2022 unfortunately failed, but this time it succeed and now both have a healthy population in this healthy and blooming Savanna.

***Sundarpatan ***
After Asmita Gurung & Birendra Majhi managed to grow a healthy Tiger and Snow Leopard Population their next rewilding and regrowing population projekt also was a complete success. Welcome the majestic and dangerous Sloth Bear in the deep Forests of Terai.

Yukon Vally
After a long time exstinction in this Area, without extra work by the Reserve Wardens the majestic Dall Sheep made a surprising Comeback and managed to grow a high population on their own.

I joined cotw just after the last animals were added to a map so I’m not to sure what getting ew to add a new animal would be but I do really like the idea of adding sheep to Yukon. The reason I see for why people won’t push for a new animal to be added is because their to busy trying to decide where the next map will be. I’m not sure what it has got to take but in order to get people to convince ew to add a new animal to an existing map but first you have to get them off of trying to get their map idea to catch on. I get on the core-feedback discord and all I see is new map here new map there let’s make a new map where we already have a map. People are so focused on somewhere new to hunt they won’t consider somewhere we already have and improving on it.

I for one who lived in South Africa and hunted a Impala I think that the Impala should be in the game

I’d include the Sitka black tail for Yukon. We pretty much need another big game only africa reserve but impala alone would be good for vurhonga

Guinnefowl or more commonly known in SA, the “Tarantaal” would also be really neat on Vurhonga. They are also dumb as a rock, which would be kinda funny to see implemented into COTW

I would like to see dove and squirrel hunting added. For squirrels it would be the only species that you would be hunting out of the trees that requires stalking with a .22 or shotgun.

Ducks and geese should have bands as an additional trophy/rarity.

Permanent blinds that get built for deer etc, it would be sick to be able to build permanent duck blinds/field pits.
