#Need zone indicators show up even if disabled

In my gameplay I have disabled the need zone indicators in normal movement (not in map view!) But since the last update the need zone indicators (e.g. for drink zones) show up upon getting closer than 100m to them. They disappear when i pull up my binoculars. This behavior is new. I expect the need zone symbols to be disabled completely (except in the map view) when the setting is set to disabled.

So upon getting near (100m) to a need zone the pictogram shows up unwantedly until you pull up the binoculars (just hitting the binocular button for a millisecond is enough to make the need zone indicator disappear as it is expected.)

Please fix this. I want the game to respect my chosen setting. (For immersion i do only like the needzone indicators in mapview and wish that the game would not clutter my visuals with this via setting disabled pictograms while roaming around...)

To make it clearer: I mean the circular blue, green or yellow icons.... not the white glowing foodsteps or eaten plants.

Addendum: the game seems to accept the need zone indicator disabling if you additional turn off the poi indicators (e.g. for hunting blinds)
