Item Wheel Issues

I play on Xbox and the issue I am having is ypu csn load your wheel in inventory but in gameplay using the d pad to display selection wheel everything is shifted to the right. If I turn the game off and load back in I can't access binoculars. It is in wheel but I have to either move it and swap with another item or remove and add it back to get it to load. And yes I checked whether it was holstered and holstering the item was not the issue.

I'm sorry to hear you encountered trouble with your item wheel. I understand this can be annoying.
We have received similar reports about equipment moving or missing from the item wheel on consoles and it appears to be caused by using the Quick Resume feature. While our team investigates how this can be prevented from happening, we recommend closing the game entirely instead of suspending it before returning to it to avoid this interaction in the meantime.
