Im sure this or something similar has been asked before.
My ideal scenario to be able to reset my level and money, but let me keep my map progression and purchased structures.
Also, not sure how I feel about people being able to reset their animal populations anyway by hitting new game.

Agree I'd love to go back to replay the Narrative Story but resetting back to square one its not worth losing all of my equipment & reacquire my perk pts let alone dog progression. With that said it would be nice to have up to 2 or 3 Hunter Profiles. This would be more convenient to have multiple hunter builds over continuously having to reset stats for different playstyles & would allow multiple playthroughs over a complete wipe.

To recount, this game was not by any means popular or developed with the current state in mind. In tune with addition of a second COTW title it was announced decision was made to continue instead of making a new Hunter title. The long list of changes sure to feature in any new title almost certainly will confront issues surrounding alt accounts and exploits. New Game resetting everything including randomized population has if anything a very temporary low level impact.
