I am going to be that guy but Baffin Island but Muskox and Lynx don't live on Baffin Island and by extension that includes Qikiqtarjuaq, but if you want Muskox & Lynx, I would include areas based on the Boothia and Melville Peninsulas, which are west of Baffin Island and are both near the Foxe Basin. Also Dall's Sheep live nowhere near Baffin Island
Lynx have been found on Baffin Island but it’s definitely still a reach. I’m fine with having them and muskox on here though as it’s somewhat of an amalgamation of northern Canada in the same way that Te Awaroa is of New Zealand. I knew Dall Sheep are only in Western Canada but I felt the mountains would’ve been rather lacking without them
I fw this heavily
Eh can't really call it an amalgamation of Northern Canada when your setting it in a rather specific part of Nunavut, my Arctic Reserve is an amalgamation that is mostly based on the Northwest Territories but includes inspiration from Nunavut and the Yukon Territory
EQUIPMENT
Inflatable Kayaks would be added as a means to traverse the ice sheets to the north. These would allow for walrus and seal to spawn further from the coast and make them feel more aquatic. Walruses could also go aggressive and potentially attack the player and pop the kayak. Whale tails could rarely pop out of the water to liven up the ocean in the same way birds do on Layton.
Polar bear in class 8?
Meh
Yeah that was just an honest mistake. I had them as a class 9 in my research
That’s fair 👍
