The apex account might allow it to link but I’ve never tried it, I would not be surprised if it would not carry your items, weapons, or trophy’s over, but I’m getting mixed info on if it’s possible to go from pc to console. It seems ps4 to ps5 is a thing though.

Unfortunately, COTW: TheHunter does not support crossplay. Therefore, your progress will not be transferred to another platform. We do not have an estimate as to when crossplay would be added, but we hope you can enjoy the game nonetheless.
