Pointer tracking Pumas, and Safari Lodge incredibly laggy even on low graphics

1. I've been using the new pointer dog to track medium game in parque fernando. twice now it has tracked to a puma, which confuses me because (correct me if i remember wrong) they aren't supposed to track predators. are pumas somehow exempt from that?

2. The last few days I've noticed a significant increase of lag in the Safari lodge. I tried decreasing the video graphics, which doesn't make any difference. I have 3 safari lodges with varying taxidermy numbers.
