perks not reseting

Hi I'm playing in pc (epic store) and decided to reset all my progress (deleting the cotw folder in the documents folder) in order to play the reserves in chronological order. However i noticed some perks didn't reseted mainly the like a pro for bow. New game on and i can shoot the bow in prone mode. Is there a way to completely reset my profile? Thanks
