The .45 Rolleston revolver from the assorted sidearms pack is very well done model and animation wise, with just one giant problem.

Being based on the Colt Single Action Army built in 1872 it features no modern safety and as such your in game character does something that's been done with the firearm in real life for 150 years called "cowboy loading".

This process involves loading the first round in the revolver and skipping the second cylinder then proceeding to load four more rounds and resetting the hammer to rest above an empty cylinder. The reason for this loading process is due to the revolvers hammer resting above a live round when fully loaded to six, while in the saddle the gun would bounce and occasionally ND ergo the the loading process.

Unfortunately all of this is rendered useless when using the firearm in game, your character cowboy loads, then proceeds to drop the hammer on the empty cylinder as one should do, but as soon as you aim your character pulls the hammer rotating to the next cylinder ready to pull the trigger to fire, if you proceed to not fire then you manually reset the hammer, but now you're on a live round and your gun isn't loaded with the six rounds it could hold.

The image I have attached is of a heritage rough rider, a Colt SAA clone that has an added hammer block safety, a simple chunk of metal to keep the hammer from the round. Adding that or just increasing the ammo count to six and allowing your in game character to accept the risk would solve the problem

Cowboy loading is an aesthetic choice.

I carry a rough rider for small game, I'd rather have my 6 shots
