#Species icon for Need Zones

Might get messy as need zones can host multiple animal species (which was a change cause it used to be it would only show whatever species you had seen there last). So I’m not sure how you’d pull that off with out making the map super cluttered and hard to read?

Perhaps have the Need Zone indicator in the centre and then put species icons around it in a circle, a little like the inventory wheel?
I think a better option would be to add a filter in the corner of the map screen, like a little drop-down menu, which when you choose an animal (it would only list the species for the current map you’re on ideally) it would hide all need zones aside from the selected species. That’s the cleanest way I can think of to do it but the current system honestly doesn’t bother me much.
Yeah that's a better solution.
It's not a huge problem, just a QOL I thought would be fairly easy to implement and make playing more efficient.
Something like this would be great.
