keybindings reset everytime we close and launch the game

as the title says, keybindings reset everytime we close and launch the game, leads to a lot of frustration. whistling when you didnt mean to because u've moved it to a different key a bunch of times... stuff like that
should be a pretty easy fix to make peoples keybindings stay how they set them
