So my story missions are on hold.
My problem is on the New England reserve, my story mission, Make a difference, is all green and has check marks but it wont go away or give me a new one. Do I have to restart all my reserves just for this one reserve to be fixed?

I'm sorry to hear you encountered trouble with the mission "Make a Difference". I understand this can be confusing.
Our team has identified an issue with this mission and a fix was released back in March. If the mission remains stuck in your game, please try re-completing the last objective by traveling to the area around the coordinates 9670, 9036 and removing the highlighted bush that appears there to see if the mission gets properly marked as completed for you.
