#A Case for the Classic's.... Rifle Pack

I would like to put forward the case for a Classic Rifle Pack. Much like what has been done in The Hunter Classic. However, some changes would need to be made, but nothing overwhelming or regenerative to the game.

Of the classics not in-game yet for Call of the Wild, we have the Springfield 1903. (from here on out, listed as the .30-06 Bolt Action Rifle.) It would have a 5-round magazine, possibly requiring the M1 Iwaniec to have a full 8-round clip. (Though if that is not acceptable, see solutions below.)

Currently, the difference between the M1 Iwaniec and the Eckers .30-06 is the magazine, the recoil, and the weight.
To add the .30-06 Bolt Action Rifle, I feel it should fall between these already available options. Thus, the magazine would remain at 5 rounds, the recoil would be set at 81, and the weight at 4. Making it a very versatile bolt action choice.

The Lee Enfield (listed as the .303 British Bolt Action Rifle) would be a grand addition. We already have a sporter option, but for the Classic Rifle, I would suggest a few changes. First and foremost, have the magazine be 10 rounds with two stripper clips. That would set the .303 British Bolt Action Rifle apart from both the sporter and its contemporaries as a sustained shooter for hunters. For stats, making it a half-pound heavier at 4 would be a good choice because the extra rounds weigh more, and a slower reload time to put in both stripper clips.

Lastly, the 8x57 IS K98k Bolt Action Rifle - This Rifle does not have any representation with ammo available so far and makes it a unique addition to The Hunter Call of the Wild. With ammo of this type and similar weight and characteristics to the previously mentioned rifles, it would allow the K98k to become a fan favorite, especially with the high accuracy these rifles were known to have.

As one final point, if the EW team is up for it, the inclusion of the 4x42mm Classic Rifle Scope. This would sweeten the pot of the DLC and engage players of all skill levels to test themselves with less magnification on a hunt.

Overall, I feel this group of rifles would find many happy players and be used frequently in hunts of all kinds and most, if not all maps.

The K98 would be a nice addition, also the 8x57mm IS we don't have right now in the game, as it is a popular hunting and sports cartridge.

I agree with all. Could also maybe add a japanese type 38 or type 99 arisaka in either the 6.5 or the 7.7 calibers

I’d buy it just for the K98 and Trad enfield.

I’d also like to see better mounting systems for the Mosin and Garand (and possibly a 2x7 scope made for the Nagant)
