Is there a way I could switch my game over to another account or will that not work out?

theHunter: Call of the Wild doesn't support any form of cross-platform progression and it is not possible to transfer owned DLCs between different platforms or platform accounts, however, if you wish to transfer in-game progress between PC versions of the game from different storefronts, it may be possible by manually moving save files.
