The mobile homes on Mississippi acres are poorly set and as a professional in the mobile home industry it really breaks the immersion. The cells should be vertical not horizontal because they will not hold the weight of the home and its not legal per HUD code Chapter 5 of foundation and support systems. Also they are missing any required strapping or Longitudinal and Latitudinal systems (Oliver Tech LLBS) or other engineered systems to assist in lateral stability. Pictures are of a legal LLBS system as well as legal support piers, interlocked due to exceeding legal height for single stacked piers. Also pictured is my semi hooked to a 16ftx80ft manufactured home for proof.

What if… in the cotw universe this is up to code🧐
Tbh, it’s Rural Mississippi. I don’t think they care much about the building and setting codes.
we can legally hunt tigers, snow leopards, water buffaloes (in Nepal), wild yaks, etc., and we can use semi-automatic weapons in places where their irl counterparts have bans or restrictions on the use of them, so the legislation in the CotW universe might just be different lol
Basically, existing materials and textures from other maps were used to recreate some similar structures and save time for designing plants, animals and rendering since these three are the important ones for the game.
It is to be expected that technical details will be overlooked.
Yeah lets just say that the governments in the COTW universe just aren't as strict about stuff. It's totally plausible for that to be the case.
