I noticed today that my weapon wheel had rotated its positions in a weird way (clockwise I think?) and I can’t get it to look like it does in inventory screen
After un equipping and re equipping everything twice now it’s still broken and my bow isn’t showing in the wheel in game, but it’s on the wheel in inventory
I reset and restarted game twice and nothing
Am I missing something here?
I play CotW on xbox series X

I am experiencing the same issue with the weapon wheel. When I start playing the game on the Xbox Series X from Pause/Auto Resume (Home Screen) the items in the wheel are missing in the game screen. However the items show in the invenetory screen. To recitfy the issue, I have to move the items around in the inventory screen to get them to show in the game screen. When I leave the game and the Xbox goes into Pause/Auto Resume mode the items disapear again when I return to the game and I have to repeat the procedure.

Same problem. I have to leave game, go back to home screen and quit the game, and then relaunch. Annoying as ****

Remove all items from your inventory, equip a backpack, relog, remove backpack, relog, and the issue should be permanently fixed.
