A++ on the winter update and the DLC.
There seems to be an issue with all firearms. If you have a scope attached, and then do a quick remove of the scope (I'm on console so up twice on the d-pad then X) the weapons movement is slow. However if you open the weapon wheel remove the scope it works fine.
I think it's been that way for a while, I've kinda noticed this in the past when getting charged by an animal and not being able to turn to shoot it fast enough but it really got my attention at the skeet range so I did some testing.
I'm playing on PS5.
