Are ducks made of Adamantium?

Hello! I am writing to you because both I and the hunting community to which I belong have noticed that all categories of ducks have increased their resistance to shooting. Before this latest update, a good shot from a shotgun was enough to make them fall while flying. , but now we see that they receive up to 3 shots and fly away calmly. Could it be a bug or has it really been done that way? In the second case I don't see the point since it is a really soft species and this would totally change the way of playing and exempting the interest of many of us who played only for duck hunting.

Sometimes they wont die from 30meters. Ik the effective range is 25m but in game it is really short distance. Irl i kill ducks up to 50meters without problem. Maybe increase effective range to 35-50m?

I don't think the problem is the distance, it is something that they have modified by mistake or not in this update, I have duck stands in Revontuli where a harvest of at least 100 ducks was guaranteed at a time, and now if 30 fall we thank you God, the other 70 fly away peacefully...

I noticed same on rev my spots seem pretty empty too. But the thing is i hit lung on goldeneye from 40meters and it still flies 200m sometimes.

Exactly, it is not normal for a duck after having received at least 10 pellets to continue flying, that was fine before the update, something must have been modified and the truth is that the experience is much more negative...

100%. i lost one diamond tufted duck already for this. Shot it from 30meters and it didn't die. Before update ducks died really easy and i liked it. This update took the fun out of duck hunting in most cases. I like how they decoy now so thats the only good thing.

I hope people realise how bad it is now. This game is heading towards only grinding great ones really fast. I don't like grinding. I shoot 90% of the time small animals(birds and rabbits).

I too, I stopped grinding a long time ago, I enjoy hunting more, in fact this map seems perfect to me, but fix that hahaha

Yes! Only things i dont like about this game is how slow the pointer is and the immortal ducks 😂 everything else is absolutely well made.

Same issue... ducks are the new bullet sponges now. Somehow Birdshot seems to be weakened extremely after the winter update...

Was going to make a new post but found this one. STILL HAPPENING.

This is with 16ga so I understand some leniency but to survive for over 30 seconds is insane, especially considering it was likely a wing hit (a lot of my flesh-only hits on birds like this are) and it shouldnt be able to just fly away as it pleases
