Game not saving progress

i was playing today and last night and non of my games saved.
Today i was on rev coast and i shot a diamond moose and i taxied it and stuck him in my lodge.
i leave the game to go to my desktop and re open the game and it makes me accept the aggrement again and i was confused and thought it might have been a glitch. Then i load my saved game and im in emerald coast (i was in rev coast when i left) i was confused once again so i look at my money and i didnt have the same amount as i left and i looked in my trophy lodge and no moose to be found. If any one has any tips on fixing it please help it would be appreciated a whole lot!
