changing weapons or gear bugged

Hi, I play the EG version of the game, and for years changing weapons or binoculars or any other object after a random time and for no reason has been bugged. I play with the xbox controller. the problem is tedious, and every time, because of this bug that appears, I often stop playing, even after a few minutes, because it takes away the desire to play, because it often happens when you have animals in sight and you are about to shoot.
please fix it.

edit: now it happens after few time I got off the quad.

Equipment is often automatically holstered when getting off quad and needs to be re-holstered to reappear. If that doesn't work, going in and out of photo mode usually fixes it for me
