This has only been an issue since I switched from the Xbox one s to the series x so keep that in mind
I have played this game for over 5 years now but in the past year since I have had the Xbox series x animals seemingly take forever to get to their zones and even after changing the time, resetting the game, or quitting to the main menu many times animals still will not show up even though I have a herd in that zone. This is very annoying when great one grinding especially since I would guess that not even half of my animals are at their zones and even when I reset the time they still don’t show up,
For example I have been standing on the ice for the past 15 minutes on medved after changing the time to 645 and now it’s 745. I started with on drinking reindeer and no bears and now I have 4 reindeer and 5 bears all showing up in the last 10 minutes. I’m not sure if this is just an issue when switching from an old gen to a new gen and keeping the same game save but I saw it immediately after switching even though THERE WAS NOT AN UPDATE WHEN I SWITCHED. Meaning that switching or the Xbox series x has something to do with it. My only guess would be that the Xbox series x can handle animal movement out of render way better, but this shouldn’t be a disadvantage to new players, and yes a made a bug report a long time ago when it first happened but nothing was said.
