Game didn’t save when i switched consoles

I recently got a ps5 and none of my progress was saved I had multiple trophies and diamonds and now there all gone

for PlayStation, you have to upload your save to the Cloud from the previous console and then download it from the Cloud on the new one. and Cloud Saving requires PlayStation Plus
