Northwest Canada Map : TheHunter Call of the Wild | Great One Sheep for all Sheep!

While this map has many returning, it also has a new variety of waterfowl and some small game. This map would have a snowy northern region where it is always snowy, while in the lower area it can get snow, but some species would only be found in the lower half, such as the birds, except Rock Ptarmigan. Beavers would be in a small marshy area / river area with many of the waterfowl. The northern area would be home to the Arctic Fox, Wolverine, Musk Ox and the Polar Bear.

And with this map, all sheep species, with the two new ones being Dall and Stone sheep would get a Great One. Rocky Mountain sheep would be fixed and Desert sheep would be added to Rancho Del Arroyo.

Considering it's listed as Nw Canada and not Nw Bc it's possible lol. Nw Canada could technically include Eastern Bc lol.

Honestly we've both agreed there needs to be 2 separate maps in Canada for these missing species and remodels needed. Just too much to put into one map.

Yeah lets not have the first Canadian Map be the "Vurhonga" of North America (Vurhonga being set in Southern Africa but featuring plants, and antelope and a migratory European duck from East Africa

Agreed. I'd love to see my own province (Alberta) featured with pronghorn, mule deer + whitetail, moose, caribou, etc, as well as another map in a more northeastern province

This sounds cool also does it annoy anyone that plains bison were introduced to Alaska instead or reintroducing wood bison

That one can be blamed on the Canadian Government for introducing 7,000 Plains Bison infected with some sort of disease to Wood Buffalo National Park against the advice of experts, leading to hybridization with the local wood buffalo which lead to conservationist thinking they went extinct. By the time they found a pure bred herd in Northwestern Alberta the Plains Bison were already breeding in Alaska. I do recall them reintroducing wood bison to Alaska in 2015

I thought the herd in northwestern Alberta did have a small amount of hybridisation with plains bison within their genetics but phenotypically resemble the wood bison.
