Weapon 1:
An 18th century style jager flintlock rifle
A commonly used hunting rifle across Europe before the advent of modern hunting rifles, it still remains accurate and reliable to this day. These rifles have much shorter barrels than their smoothbore cousins, so they are lighter than most firearms of the time.
It is accurate to a range of about 100m
Calibers range from .60 to .65, so they have a great deal of stopping power, but can still be used for game as small as roe dear

Weapon 2:
19th century muzzleoading side by side shotgun
Like the jager rifle, these were used, naturally before modern shot shells were invented, due to not having to use shells to hold the powder, wadding, and pellets, gauges came in a variety of sizes, including the less common 16 and 28 ga, and even 8, 14, and 15 ga.
It has the same range as any regular shotgun
There are a variety of gauges that these come in, but I think something in the range of 16 to 14 gauge would be a nice balance as there have been a number of 10 and 12 gauge shotguns in the game, and not many smaller sized shotguns.
Unfortunately, rifled slugs cannot be used in these traditional shotguns, but in place of that, I think it would be cool to have a buck and ball load that offers the best of both worlds.

Weapon 3:
M1861 colt Navy/m1860 colt Army revolver
These pistols need no introduction, these are some of the most popular muzzleoading firearms of all time
.36 or .44 cal, to each model respectively
I can't find many metrics on range, but it is naturally a close range weapon.

a navy revolver sounds like such a pain to hunt with.
