When using the iron sights of the Mangiafico .45 Colt revolver and while having the Focused Shot perk, it grants you the same zoom while holding your breath that it does with rifles.
While I assume this is not intended, I actually feel like it could be a neat feature, an extension of the Focused Shot perk's functionality. I could see this being useful with other handguns, and in my opinion it could be extended to all other handguns if possible
