Those servers are using Chinese, Japanese, or Korean characters (possibly Arabic or Hebrew as well). On your system, they show up as squares

How can I fix it?

Change your Windows default language to Chinese (etc.). It's not something you can fix in the game. Just ignore it, though you can join those servers if you want.
