I have the exact same issue. It will either refuse to start up or crash directly after starting.

If the Error Report window continues to appear, please click "What does this report contain?", select all listed files, and click "Export". This will create a .zip file containing data about the crash.

i figured out a fIx @silent stump @livid cave

if you have a controller make sure its unplugged and restart your computer. Mine worked fine after

I did the exact same thing but it still hadn’t worked. I’ll try it again shortly

ended up finding the problem. One of the updates just straight got rid of 59 files.

I’d say run an integrity check on steam and see then

this has happened to me on steam and now epic i cant play either ive tried about 10-15 fixes ive seen online and none have work ive had to buy this game on 2 different platforms and once i get this error there doesnt seem to be a fix and cant play anymore
