My friends is walking nearly as fast as Iam sprinting also he just outruns me when we both sprint in like 3 seconds. Why ? How can I fix it ? Is it normal ?

I had a friend with the same problem and maybe it's because your fps is too low if yes you need to change your graphic settings lower if no idk what it could be
