I've crashed twice in like 20 minutes and both happened when I went onto discord or google chrome.

That could very easily be an issue with your own computer components. It could come down to any range of things among your GPU, CPU, memory, temperature of your device, or power usage among so many other things.
I say this because when I’m gaming, I’m able to run Chrome, Discord, and Spotify along with the game at all times on my big PC, but in my laptop, I’m only able to run Chrome and the game or it’ll crash
