Different blood spatter patterns

We all know it’s been repetitive with the same blood spatters for the last few years, why not add some new ones?

splash dmg on plants, trees, etc. would make things more authentic. Might be too much to ask but different splatter effects from different ammo/shot/arrow types would further expand immersion.
