Sage Valley Ranch (a 1/3 size map with a small trophy lodge)

A small ranch tucked into a valley where three biomes meet. Offering hunts in dark pine forests, alpine sage flats, and short grass prairie areas.

Mule Deer and Pronghorn Antelope are the largest species in the area, followed by bobcats and coyotes (class 3, #1184845232072818688, and possible GO).

Small game in the area includes jackrabbits, sharptail and blue grouse, chukar, Hungarian partridge, and Merriams Turkey (second possible GO)

The ranch is the center of the reserve, at the foot of a large ridge overlooking a shallow lake. The cabin itself offers a storage locker, bed, and a shed spawn point for your atv. The cabin has multiple plaques and gun racks to add as displays of your favorite trophies and gear.

Reserve would include one rifle and one shotgun, to cover all species of game in the area. I guess you could think of this as a player home.

The reserve weapons would be a 7mm-08 rifle covering classes 3-7. It's an ideal cartridge for deer and antelope and covering class 3 allows it to be used for pronghorn and hopefully updated coyotes

The shotgun is a simple over under, either 28ga or 20ga. A solid choice for small and fast targets.

Some of the game birds in the area, they'd be the only entirely new species.

I know several other species could be added but it's fine as is. It's meant to be a small environment and a short species list helps set the area best.
