Every time I shoot a deer on a perfect body shot I'm in the correct position I'm close to the deer and somehow I miss can someone please tell me why this is happening

With authority, no. Sounds as if you are zeroed for too short of a distance or are trying for a moving target without leading it properly. Third way to miss is bumping your aim off target hitting the button to shoot.
