I just bought and started the Vurhonga Savanna DLC and went to complete the first mission. I completed the objectives, they were even crossed out in the mission log (as shown in the attached screenshot) but nothing happened. The mission didn't complete and there was also no dialogue when I claimed my first outpost in the map (which was one of the mission bits).
The order that I completed the mission bits in was, visit a lookout point, harvest an animal, then claim an outpost.

I then tried a few solutions I found online to no avail. And somehow without breaking the game even more (as far as I can tell so far)

(I also submitted this ticket to the website itself (which they have seen and replied to me that they're looking into it.), but I just wanted to know if anyone else in the Discord server has had this happen, and might have solutions I can try while I wait to see if it gets fixed.)

I finally gave in and used an older save that I backed up.
Luckily I'm new to this game, so I didn't lose that much.

And also luckily, it worked and I was able to start from before I began that mission.
Doing the mission in the order listed allowed it to actually complete this time.

So, word of caution. Make sure to do this mission in order listed, despite the spoken dialogue saying you can complete it in "any order" or else it could bug the mission.

Nevermind....
I ran into another bugged mission.
"Report all sightings" in the Australia map this time. The "spot a sambar or confirm tracks" bit isn't marking as completed and thus the next mission isn't starting. Even though the dialogue about spotting a sambar played.

The only thing I can think of is that maybe it's intended to confirm tracks instead of spotting one like I did? Or maybe it's cause I ran around and did a bunch of hunting and other things instead of going straight to the mission location after completing the previous one?

Could you please try verifying the integrity of the game files and then fast-traveling to another outpost when you load back into the game to see if the task updates?

I backed up to a save I made right before attempting to complete "Report all sightings" mission and simply turned off missions. I didn't really want to risk more missions breaking on me....

I suppose I can turn them back on, complete as much of the mission as the game will let me, then try this.

I may still turn missions back off again after testing this though.
