This map would be snowy all of the time and would partly be ice beaus of where it is located. This will be located in northern Canada close to Greenland and could also be swapped for a Greenland map. It will include some of Canada most iconic species and would be a great choice for a last North America map. It will feature rocky snowy mouton and flat snow plains with floating ice islands and ice flats where the polar bears and walrus will reside.

Hello Luke!

Thank you for this detailed idea - an Arctic map in northern Canada or Greenland sounds amazing! The setting you described, with snowy plains, floating ice, and iconic species like polar bears and walrus, would bring a fresh challenge and unique atmosphere to the game. Including different animal classes and the Great One Sitka Blacktail, along with a new .375 break-action weapon, would be a fantastic addition for diverse hunting experiences.

We’ll be sure to pass along your suggestion to the rest of the team. For any future ideas, please feel free to share them through our support portal here: https://support.thehunter.com/hc/en-us/requests/new. We love hearing from players with such passion and creativity!

Sitka blacktail and mtn goats live nowhere near the location stated.

With how expansive worlds does maps now they take a large region and condense it into one map Becuase if you think about it like sundar patan for example you aren’t going to go from what the bottom of the map is like straight to the peaks of the Himalayans that quick

I do see your point and I had no clue they the grass lands and Himalayas were that close

While the Canadian Arctic is a massive region, Sitka Deer and Stone’s Sheep only live in British Columbia and Bighorn Sheep only live in British Columbia and Alberta

If they did a arctic map both Sitka deer and mule deer would make absolutely no sense and wouldn’t fit

# bronze heath If they did a arctic map both Sitka deer and mule deer would make absolutely no ...

I know with my Arctic Map I included mule deer on the overall list (which has around 30 some species and subspecies) but excluded them from the realistic list (#1070045518002147458 message)

The Mule Deer on my Canadian North reserve concept are all restricted to the southwestern corner, which is also why I excluded them from the realistic species list

In defense of the Mule Deer, they occur in both the Yukon Territory and the southern parts of the Northwest Territories so as long as they are restricted to the southwestern part of an Arctic Reserve and are rare, they wouldn't be to out of place

Sitka Deer though, yeah nah they do not belong on a reserve set in the Canadian Territories, the only places that make sense for Sitka Deer now would be either Kodiak Island, Southeastern Alaska or British Columbia ( #1123832368118120458 )
