I’m sorry if this suggestion has been shared before, it probably has been but… I think it would be really, really great if “New Game” could be put at the bottom of the menu, top of the menu, or beneath multiplayer. I think it’s a great feature and can see various benefits to using it, I just think it’s in a bad spot on the menu.
I always have to consciously double check to make sure that I’m not hitting a button that will reset my progress. Today, I was having a really REALLY bad day and it happened 😔 I kept getting disconnected from multiplayer (bad internet) so I was quick mad-clicking through the menu and accidentally reset my game.
The “are you sure” pop-up is great but I still think it’s too easy to accidentally restart. I made a post in a FB group and had a fair amount of other commenters sympathizing that they’d done the same. I just think it would be great to have the “New Game” button moved; the placement between multiplayer and map selection feels a bit awkward.
