We should really be able to own the crosshairs bought for scopes, and not be charged 4500 cash each time we want to change it. If not it should be written on the DLC store page how it works. It seems really unethical to make a paid DLC work that way.

Maybe the 5 that in DLC should be free to change anytime, but for the rest I think the crosshairs update was free
