Can't access customization menu

Since the Update I couldn't access the menu and I deleted the game and re-installed it and the issue still there please I need a fix I bought the new DLC and I couldn't access it I am also on PS5

Did you ever think English is there second language and just don't understand what it says??

english is my second language too, look at how they have written their sentences, really fluent and well spoken, there is no chance they don't understand "please wait, checking installed content" or atleast the "please wait" part

I basically waited all day 12 hours while a went outside and came back still this message is bugged

this menu is bugged can't do anything there for hours and hours of wait and still broken if you notice the picture they dont make sense too TXT_Content

I did everything I can rebuild data base on ps5 restoring licenses and reinstalling the game since the last update this happened customizing is not working for me at all

I did those tests after I posted here

You tried a complete uninstall?

it usually takes 5-10 minutes, I always go on a hunt while I wait and then the next time I visit an outpost I customize my weapons finally

I remember something about the ps5 problem like this. Give me 5 minutes to look it up.

yes I did that too and for me it didn't work I tried to change maps or even new maps that I didn't visit plus did hunt also killed multple elks harvested and went back still the menu is bugged

atp idek why that happens, a couple months ago I never had to wait for the installed content to be checked, I only remember it starting to happen around when the high caliber weapon pack came out

Go to settings, then users and account
Other
Restore license
Relaunch
See if that works

yes true that I actually was customizing with no wait till the update happened and I was excited to do the scopes and to use the new Napal skins but welp

Big Country thanks for the help man I appreciate it and I just did all of that it didn't work I think Developers they need to do something about this because I did everything I could and still didn't work I will report this to their official website . thanks again everyone for trying to help

Same problem, but i have a work-around. Restart the game, go straight to a Equipment store and then it works. It doesnt work if you go hunting first
