Ever since the DLC update, the game files refuse to run a full Steam validation. I even tried reinstalling.

It's the Steam inventory, when you validate the files it just keeps stopping saying corrupted files and "download paused"

it says 40 thousand odd files verified, corrupt files, download paused over and over
