Hirschfeld and Medved
I use the old style system for my loads instead of using the weapon wheel. When I put in the antler rattle, it shows going into the slot. When I'm in the field, and tab or quick find the antler rattle it doesn't show up?? The whole load out goes away. I have to go into camera and then back out for everything to show back up.

I'm sorry to hear you encountered trouble with using the Antler Rattler.
When you notice your Antler Rattler or other items don't show up when you select them, could you please check if the equipped item appears in your hands when you press the Holster Weapon/Item key? By default, it is bound to the H button on PC, the L1 button on PlayStation controllers, and to LB (Hold) on Xbox controllers.
You can see this key binding by going to Settings > Key Bindings and scrolling down to Holster Weapon/Item.
