#Extra mouse buttons not working

I just got a Drakonia 2 mouse, it has 6 button on the side,so i wanted to use them,but the game do not want to recognize it correctly.
My goal was to get a hold breath on one of them, i tried change keybinding,not worked,i tried change the layout on the mouse software directly (LSHIFT),not worked, i tried an endless loop macro of holding left shift didnt worked either. i cant assign num numbers in keybind and associate num number with the mouse button (i have a feeling that would help) but the game dont see the num numbers. Any idea?

I have used Logitech and I am currently using Razor. Both of their software worked for setting key binds in our game but it must be done via their software.

Hiyo! To be honest I haven't tried to mess with keybinds in game. I will say I'm curious now and will have to go play around with it. I prefer to keep it all in my razor software.

Hmm.. I'm unaware of any issues with customizing and the dlc store. I have seen in the past, and I believe it was on consoles, that a few users had issues due to internet connections timing out. Have you submitted a ticket to support by chance? They should be able to help get you sorted my friend

i only mentioned the mouse here, dlc store not important to me,i have already all the dlcs, the customization is kinda bugging me, but not essential , so no ticket yet..

Id suggest first trying a router reset and see if that helps. Sounds like a desync to me

I WASTED 2+ HOUR last night to get it work. i didnt do anything today and its working now. Fuuuu, it waited till i write a ticket,now it fixed itself......

Just for future reference, should it happen again, I know that customizations do a store check. If there is a desync (often caused due to connection) you won't be able to customize for instance. Often a router reset fixes it.

I have the Corsair Scimitar with 12 buttons on the side, and I figured out which button I want for what action and then bound them in the Corsair software to the key in game. For example, if I want button 8 to reload, I go to the Corsair software and bind R to button 8. this works for everything I do in game, and should be the same concept for every mouse with extra buttons.
