Let's just be real, New England Mountains isn't a great map. It's beautiful and a great map for small game hunting in particular, but with the lack of new species, it's kind of forgotten about. I know for a fact it was never one of my favorites, although it does hold a special spot in my heart given I found my first and only GO whitetail there.

So EW if any of you are actually reading this, how about add some brand new animals to it, like when you added Gemsbok and Lions to Vurhonga for example? Granted that won't put it up there with the likes of Nepal or Australia or anything, not by a long shot, but at least people will have a reason to maybe want to give it a shot. Now I don't know much about what you can hunt in New England irl so special thanks to people who have taught me a thing or two about it either here or on Facebook.

Anyways...

American Woodcock
More Ducks (Pintail, Wood, Canvasback, Merganser to name a few)
Ruffed Grouse
Gray Squirrel
North American Beaver (REVENGE!!!)
Fisher
Striped Skunk
North American Porcupine
Virginia Opossum?

I love NEM ... One of my favorite maps .... The only Animal I would like to see them add would be Beavers .... Have the beavers build dams on the major streams surrounding the map.

Would like to see an actual beaver dam but it can be shown as a rest or feed zone in the middle of the water .... When a Dam is present all the drink zones for other animals down stream are grayed out or inactive until the zone is wiped ....

The hunter must kill all the beavers attached to the beavers (rest/feed zone ) ... This removes the dam and reactives the other drink zones ....

Of course beavers can re-spawn and move their dam to another location ....

Would really love crows and fishers especially. Porcupines would be a really nice addition as well!
