This is just some animals I believe should have been on these maps by now
Fallow to cuatro- they live on the entire peninsula, why the hell aren’t they on cuatro?
Red fox to cuatro, although this depends on how we feel about red fox on 6 maps, should be there by now I feel like.
RME to Te awaroa, I dont really care if their in the worst places on the map in a nighttime drink, we should have them on there
Tahr to Te awaroa, we all want it so make it happen please

I want to see reindeer on Revontuli really badly, Imo they would fit right in

I know it wont happen but I'd specifically like to see Iberian red fox on Cuatro. Iberian foxes have shorter, sleeker fur like the dark red foxes in COTW, and their coats are more of a tan or yellowish colour with a lot of brown, grey and black in them. You don't see the typical bright orange furs so much. Would make them more unique and I don't imagine it'd be too difficult to give them different fur colours.

Backfills are nice, but coding takes time. One backfill is more realistic but to ask for 4 by next update is not. Small team equals slower updates. Plus I’m sure they already have a roadmap for this year. Other than that I think most of your backfills make sense.

To be fair I was more commenting that by next patch is not realistic. But yes your right, they have 🙂

That said, I do think putting an animal on a new map isnt that hard to do, especially since I dont think any new weapon packs will be coming out until around christmas

Fair. You’re right, it’s not. As far as I’m aware I’ve heard Jaxy say on stream that backfilling is actually pretty difficult due to having the rest of the animals adjusted to fit the flow of the map. I’m no dev but I think it’s more than just a drag and drop. Just to clarify is this post about just backfilling, or when the backfilling should happen? Also with a small team I’d expect they can’t afforded to drop content they are currently working to add something unplanned like this. I’m sure they already have a road map for this year and possibly for next year. I’m just trying to think realistic, but open to anything you have to say. Also if I’ve gone in the wrong direction let me know to.
