Hello. I play this on game pass and have no issues and my father just bought a Xbox solely for this game and he bought it digitally… Everytime he goes to multiplayer it tells him to choose his game pass, which he does not have and won’t let him go any further. Also when he turns the game on it, it says connecting to Apex and will stay at that screen for 30+ minutes. Any known reasons why these two issues happen? We really want to play together. Thank you.

I'm sorry to hear you encountered trouble with multiplayer and the Apex Connect login screen.
Please be informed that per Microsoft's policy, a Game Pass subscription is required to access multiplayer features in any games that aren't free to play, including theHunter: Call of the Wild. As such, if you'd like to play multiplayer with your father, you would both need to have active Game Pass subscriptions.
