I doubt they would never make it, but this pack would contain milsurp bolts from the first and second world wars, they would be as follows, and yes, people do hunt with milsurp firearms

1.Kar98K, 8mm Mauser (my buddy hunts with this IRL, they are used.
2.Italian 6.5 Carcano bolt
3. The original 1903 Springfield in .30-03
And, as a bonus, a small 4x PU scope and a Springfield scope
I don’t know how classes would be, but I think it would be a fun addition

I feel like the 1911 coukd have a couple different calibers. Obvious the lords cartridge: .45acp. And maybe a 38 super and possibly .50GI or it could be like the coonan .357 mag 1911. Making it a good 2-6 or at least to class 5. The browning would be sweet. Both beautiful guns. That 9mm round i feel could be used for class 1 even. Maybe 1-3 or 4. I know buffalo bore and underwood make some pretty heavily loaded 9mm +p+ rounds. Would be a good wolf defense gun too. 13-14 rounds of 9mm and low recoil would be nice to have

Absolutely. Maybe a 5-10 rounds mag, but it would be similar in performance to some of the 4-8 class rifles in game, just semi-auto

The Browning HP is a REALLY nice model, but the 1911 not being in the game at all seems more of a missed opportunity.

I’ve been playing more with the Mosin, and 7.62x54r is way to under powered, it should be higher

Not sure if it counts or not, but I would love to see the SKS in the game. It's usually chambered in 7.62x39, which is comparable in power to the .30-30 caliber that is already in the game.

Its a little less powerful than 30-30 irl. But it would be great for 2-6 class. Ive posted earlier about how the sks would be a great addition. They have scopes and make great deer rifles if you keep distances less than 300 meters. 400 if you trust your ammo.

While we're on the topic of Russian rifles, I would also really love to see the Dragunov SVD Sniper Rifle in COTW. It fires the same caliber as the Mosin that we have already, and it is a semi auto. I would love to use this bad boy for sniping animals from across a frozen lake on Medved Taiga.

Svd would work but i think the svt-40 or svt/38 would be more of a reasonable option. Thats just my opinion though

I’d also love to see the svd, or even the izhmash tiger version. But i think a semi-auto 7.62x54 would be more easily accepted into the game if it was one of those older rifles. Not saying the svd couldnt, but irl its hard to find, and if you do they are very expensive for an actual one

eh, elephant rifles are also very expensive and we have one of those in the game (the .470 NE), so I'm not too worried about how rare or expensive the weapons are in real life

Which is sad. I could kinda see us having 20rnd mags. Would be useful for wolf attacks 😂 i mean we already have a 10mm glock with 15rnds. Whats 5 more?

eh, I don't mind keeping the mag sizes relatively small. I do wish that the M1 Iwaniec would have the proper 8 round en-bloc clip that the real M1 Garand has, the 5-round limit on that one still bothers me a bit.

I have some 5rnd clips for it irl. But i would prefer 8 too. They were made for people in states where capacity restrictions exist
