The first thing I would love to see is cross platform play. We have it in The Angler so why not in cotw it would make life a lot easier for me and I’m sure a few other people.

The second think would be cool was a proximity chat type feature that you could disable in the menu but if it was enabled you could talk to players near you, spook animals because of how loud you were talking and interact with you dog by having word commands.

The third and final thing is more platforms it would be cool if the game was available on steam for MacOS and maybe Nintendo switch and (thought it would be difficult) VR support.

A lot of enhancements for the game are limited due to the age of the engine used to build it. I hope Ew is working on porting cotw to a new engine or working on cotw2.

PC has mods + Console doesn't = Disaster. PC should never mix with consoles bc it always gets abused and PC's are superior machines in terms of software compared to consoles. However the 2nd option would be different since the only voice command game I'm aware of is TC End War that uses voice commands to control your forces on the battlefield.

Without an anticheat, console players would be royally screwed over. Only way to fix a modded population is to delete the population file for said reserve, which console can't do because no internal file access.

most people aren't smart enough to do that unfortunately

legit one of the most frequent complaints with multi I see is "why do people host sessions only to immediatly kick people out?"
