I don’t know if this will come to fruition, but I’d also like to provide another route that might require less work than creating a whole new vehicle if it helps.

Another option: As the 10th anniversary approaches, the opportunity to spruce up the SABER 4X4 might be a great way to both pay homage to the vehicle that’s been getting us around for the last decade, free advertising, and maybe slip in some upgrades perhaps.

A skid-plate for durability
increase, a stronger suspension, not two lights but three halogens (better & wider distance of illumination,) some seriously expensive/aggressive looking tires for more than just trails, better muffler, and an updated anniversary edition look.

Possible accoutrements:

First aid case holder. (the anniversary edition could possibly have a free, once a day first aid kit equipped.) - You just press to get on and it heals you if you need.
An option for a second person to sit on the back. (Imagine riding on the back of this thing holding on for life while a Wild Yak is chasing you.) - You won’t see that in another hunting game, the CC’s could have fun with this.

[ Possible hidden mechanic: If you are impacted by large game whilst riding in the back, you join the S.S.P. - (Skyrim Space Program.) ]
